5 Minute Makeup Look:
The Time Check Lotion by M.A.C. Cosmetics is one of my favorites for a while as I have been using it for 2 years now. I have combination skin with an oily t-zone. It helps shrink pores, but I enjoy it because it lasts all day under the foundation and makes my skin feel less oily. I usually only apply this to my t-zone and keeps my makeup on my face right in place.
The next step would be the foundation in this 5 minute makeup routine. This Pro Long Wear Foundation from M.A.C. Cosmetics is so great. It leaves my skin dewy and blends into my skin so well. To blend in my foundation I use a beauty blender. I find that the beauty blender leaves a nice soft, but natural dewy finish. This foundation is lightweight and it is buildable if you need coverage in more areas than others. Also, this is a waterproof formula so, it stays on all day!
This concealer is talked about all the time on social media and magazines. I’ve been using this concealer for a couple of years now. It is a creamy consistency and is easy to blend with the finger or beauty blender. I usually put this in the middle of my forehead, middle of my chin, middle of my nose, and under my eyes. It brightens and covers up lines well. This concealer is buildable too and is a 16-hour wear.
This palette is honestly one of my favorites. The colors are highly pigmented, the packaging is amazing with a velvet cover, and it comes with a double-ended brush. I enjoy this palette because I love neutrals for my eyes. What I have been doing which is quick for me is I took inspiration for one of my favorite influencers, Jessica Stockstill. She puts a light brown in the crease, then, takes an angled eyeliner brush with a darker brown and creates a small wing. I’ve been doing this lately and been loving it because it’s so effortless and doesn’t take that much time for me. Plus it’s such a beautiful look! I take rustic and blend it into my crease. Then, with a small angled brush, I take Cyprus Umber and create a small wing.
Glossier Boy Brow is one of my top favorite makeup products. It’s so quick and easy to use for a 5 minute on the go makeup look. It adds a little bit of color and fluffiness to the brows. I enjoy having my brows fluffy and thick. However, if you use a little it doesn’t have to be that fluffy. It thickens the brow with this creamy wax. Allowing you to groom the shape of brow you want into place.
The Glossier Cloud paint is a great product for on the go or using it in an everyday makeup routine. It is gel consistency that is definitely buildable of how much you want. I take a small amount put in on the top of my cheeks working it all the way up to my cheek bones and on my nose. It gives this glow to the cheekbones. Also, the color is a beautiful peach and easy to blend with your fingers or beauty blender.

As for mascara, I’ve been doing two things. I learned this trick from Tik Tok, but I curl my eyelashes then apply vaseline to them. It leaves them curled and volumeized all day long. However, if I choose to put on Mascara the Maybelline the Colossal Volume Express Waterproof is my favorite mascara. I’ve been using it and continue to use it since 2014. It is my all-time favorite mascara because it gives volume, holds a curl, and gives a great cat eye effect.
